     Hot Rod Mama was recorded in Austin,TX at the Austin Music Conservatory.  It was released in Sept. of 2011 at the legendary, Saxon Pub!  All the songs on the record were written by bassist and lead vocalist, Kevin Fox. They were recorded live with sound engineer Darwin Smith after a day and a half . Next they recorded piano tracks with Floyd Domino at his house on a 100 year old Steinway.  “Truly a great experience”, quoted Kevin as they wrapped up the two hour session.  Brad Andrew played saxophone on a different session when he recorded.  When all the recording was done , Darwin mixed and mastered the CD from his home studio in south Austin.  At the CD release party they sold 72 cd’s and had a full house.  They are working on our second CD and they’re excited for what’s to come.
